John has a PhD in music and media industries from Yale University with a dissertation on “Music and Race in the Emergence of the ‘Urban Contemporary’ Format, 1977-1987, and is an accomplished trumpet player. The President of CamVar VR/AR Society, and the Director and co-founder of Voices, the initiative for up- and reskilling of early career women, Elisa is also a PhD student at the University of Cambridge. She has a degree in industrial engineering from Technische Universität Darmstadt. Her PhD research focusses on the impact of intelligent worker support systems in cyber-physical production systems. She has experience from technology consulting, product innovation and business development functions in corporations, start-ups and SMEs, and formerly was with McKinsey & Company, STABILO, MWH Global, and Hafner. Elisa currently shares her time between Cambridge, UK and Munich, Germany.

He holds a PhD on the future of work and artificial intelligence and cognition. He is a 4x author and a serial entrepreneur and hosts two podcasts, Futurized and Augmented. Trond is based in Wellesley, MA.
